✨ About Maggie and Amos
Legacy: Maggie was a beloved daughter, friend, and colleague. She was passionate about being a mother, a daughter, a friend, and a special education teacher.
Interests: Maggie enjoyed running and working out, St. Patrick’s Day, and cheering on the Chicago White Sox.
Celebration: This event is to celebrate the lives that Maggie and Amos lived and all those that they impacted.
Scholarship Fund: All proceeds from the event, along with the memorial funds, will be placed in a scholarship fund and grants for local libraries and teachers to support learning and education for the youth in our community.
🏁 Race Details
Trail Race: Approximately 3 miles, multi-surface trail run with an epic hill and 1 Mile Paved Walk.
Start Time: 4:00 PM.
Location: The race will be held at Rochelle Conservation Club.
Stroller Policy: Due to the terrain, we do not recommend strollers for our trail race.
🎉 Event Activities
All-Day Fun: Come for the activities all day including a professional and amateur corn hole bags tournament, free kids' activities, music, food, and more.
Post-Race Activities: Includes a Rochelle Wildlife Conservation Club Steak Fry, beer garden, and live and silent auctions.
Live Music: This year's band line-up includes The Killer B's performing from 12:00 - 3:00 PM.
Evening Entertainment: A rocking live duet mashup featuring Burn n' Bush and The Vodka Boys from 7:00 - 10:00 PM.
