Rockland Road Runners MONTHLY Sunday Morning Group Run

Meet the Rockland Road Runners!

Our monthly group run at Rockland Lake continues through 2025, but we are moving it one week later to avoid conflicts with some of our races.  We meet at Parking Field #6 (colloquially known as the "Fishing Station").  That's where runners from around the county typically gather, so it's a great opportunity to meet potential training partners. We'll have someone from Club Leadership there - just look for the RRR Logo.  Parking is free at that time of day. In Google Maps, use Plus Code "43VC+9W Valley Cottage, New York"

We run one or two loops of the inner path, clockwise around the lake.  That's 3 miles for each loop.  You can run more if you like, or incorporate this into your long run.  All paces are welcome, and we will leave no one behind. 

Register Once, run monthly on the Third Sunday of each month at 7:30 a.m.

1. So we can communicate with you if there are any changes, please register with your contact information.
2. Non-club members may run with us, but you'll need to register as well and accept the RRR waiver
3. Anyone who shows up on the day without registering will be asked to enter their name on a sign-in sheet which includes the waiver.
