HOPE's 14th Annual Sham Rock N Run 5k

• Date: Saturday, March 14, 2026
• Race Start Time: 8:00 AM, Registration opens at 7:00 AM

🎽 Registration Benefits

• T-shirt: The first 700 to register will receive a Performance T-shirt, Finisher’s Medal, and a custom race bib.
• Size Guarantee: T-shirt sizes are adult sizes only and will not be guaranteed after January 26th, 2026.
• Costumes: All participants are encouraged to dress up in their St. Patty's Day best! Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.
• Team Prize: There will also be a special prize for the largest team.

🎒 Race Bag & Donations

• Race Bag: All attendees will receive a race bag filled with your event t-shirt along with 5K swag.
• Food Drive: We are asking our participants to fill and return the race bag with non-perishable food items to support our Food Pantry for families in need.
• Drop Off: Drop off your filled food bags on race day to the Stonebreaker Homes &: Land RE/MAX Town &: Country table.
• Children: Children pushed in strollers are welcome to attend for free: all strollers and baby joggers must start at the back of the pack.

🚗 Parking & Safety

• Parking: Parking is available on site at no charge.
• Course Rules: For safety reasons, no skates, skateboards, bikes, or non-service animals will be allowed on the racecourse.

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female runners in the following age categories: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.

• Beneficiary: All proceeds from the Sham Rock N Run benefit HOPE Helps, Inc., whose mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Location: Beers and Gordon, 313 S. Central Ave, Oviedo, FL 32765.
• Dates: Thursday, March 12th 10 AM-5:30 PM: Friday, March 13th 10 AM-5:30 PM: Saturday, March 14th 7 AM at St. Luke's.

• Unclaimed Items: If you are not present on race day, your shirt and medal will be available for pick up at HOPE Helps - 812 Eyrie Drive, Oviedo, FL 32765 beginning March 10th through March 14th, 2026.
