We, The Poughkeepsie Run Team, comprised of The City of Poughkeepsie Softball/ Baseball League, As One Flight, LLC, and the City of Poughkeepsie Youth Division, acknowledge the critical importance of prioritizing physical mental health and wellness in our society. We are dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages, including youth and future generations, to cultivate and sustain optimal mental well-being.

🏅 Event Details

We are thrilled to introduce you to the inaugural PK 5K Run, an event dedicated to promoting health and wellness within our community, with a particular focus on the well-being of our youth. In light of the challenges brought forth by the COVID-19 pandemic, our initiative has taken on added significance as we strive to support young people in maintaining their overall wellness.

• Events: Featuring a youth mile run/walk and a 5K for ages 13+.
