🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Get ready for the ultimate interstate clash – it's Texas/OU weekend! The storied college football face-off between the Texas Longhorns and the Oklahoma Sooners, also dubbed the Red River Showdown, takes over the Cotton Bowl. Choose your colors wisely, sport burnt orange or don crimson and cream, and rally up because with stakes this high, the game could swing either way — and let's face it, the teams need all the cheering they can get from their number one fans. Kick off the festivities with your fellow Peticolas Running Club members, clock in some pregame miles, grab a brew, and chow down on breakfast courtesy of That Taco Dude. Don’t forget, you’ll also snag a commemorative Longhorn or Sooner pint glass to toast your team’s victory (or to drown your sorrows)!

• Check-in: 8 AM - 9 AM
• Group Start: 8:30 AM

🌟 How It Works

Go at YOUR pace, run, walk, skip, whatever you like the goal is to show up and have a great time. Bring a friend or make new ones at the social run. The three miles is on a trail near the brewery!

🚰 What to Expect

• Mile Markers: Along the trail there will be mile markers out.
• Water: Bottled water will be available, or bring your own filled water bottle.
• Tacos and Brews: Enjoy tacos from THAT TACO DUDE and three Peticolas brews.
• Pint Glass: Each participant receives a custom branded pint glass.

🎉 Schedule

• 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Check in and start the social run/walk (rolling start)
• 8:30 AM: Group Start (for those who want to run with a group)
• 9:30 AM: Breakfast
• 11:30 AM: Social run/walk ends

💡 Notes & Tips

• Check-in: Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• No Dogs: Due to liability reasons, pets are not allowed.
• Refund Policy: No refunds once registered.
• Kids Welcome: Kids in strollers are always welcome and free.

💸 Registration & Tickets

Purchase tickets online for $30. Social Run Includes: tacos from THAT TACO DUDE, three delicious brews from Peticolas, and a custom Peticolas social run branded glass. The social runs/walks are rain or shine, and there are no refunds.
