Join us for The Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta's 11th annual Race for Rest in partnership with Monday Night Brewing! Yes, there will be free beer (21+)!

🏃 Why Should You Run in the Race for Rest 5K?

• Early Registration Perk: If you register for the 5k by October 10th, you are guaranteed a super cool free t-shirt!
• Free Refreshments: Every 5k participant (21 and over, of course) will receive a FREE beer and mini cocktail from ASW Distillery. Plus, all runners get coffee from Dancing Goats Coffee!
• Qualifying Race: Our 5k is a chipped Peachtree Road Race qualifier that runs along the Beltline!
• After-Party Fun: We'll have an official 5k after-party at the Garage with live music!
• Support a Cause: Because everyone deserves a place to lay their head at night!

📍 Where Is This Happening?

• Location: The race begins and ends at Monday Night Brewing's Garage location!
• Parking: Parking is free and the location is Marta accessible (yeah, public transportation!).
• Transportation: We highly encourage runners to use Uber/Lyft.

🕘 When Should You Be There?

• Race Start: The race starts at 9am on Saturday, October 18th. Come ready to run (or walk) and support Atlanta families in need!
• Registration Time: If you are picking up your packet on race day or registering on-site, please visit the registration table by 8:30am at the very latest!
• Late Arrival: If you’ve already picked up your packet, you can arrive as late as 8:45 a.m.
• Packet Pick-Up: We will host early packet pick-up on Thursday, October 16th, 11am-3pm, at Big Peach Midtown and Friday, October 17th from 8am-4pm at the Furniture Bank.

🏅 What Else Is Happening? We're Glad You Asked!

• Award Categories: 5K awards will be given to the Top 3 Overall Male & Female, Top 3 Masters Overall Male & Female, and Male & Female Age Groups.
• Team Awards: We’ll also have awards for the Top 3 teams with the fastest average time! Teams must have 5 or more people to be eligible for awards.
• Fundraising Recognition: Awards will also be given to the top 3 fundraising teams!
• After-Party: Stick around after the 5k for our official after-party at Monday Night Garage where we'll hand out awards, grab your free beer, and buy more to hang out for the day!
• Family Friendly: Invite your non-runner friends to join you! Don’t worry parents, kids of all ages are welcome! Furry kids, too!
