🌳 Race Details

• Chip-timed: The Canal Tavern 5k Run & Walk is a chip-timed race.
• Scenic Route: The race follows the picturesque Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail.
• Starting Point: Begins at Fort Laurens, Bolivar, and ends at the Canal Lands Park trailhead in Zoar.
• Party Atmosphere: An Octoberfest-style party will take place on the Canal Tavern patio after the race.

📅 Registration Information

• Sign-in: Registration will be at the Canal Lands Park trailhead and the Canal Tavern of Zoar.
• Shuttle Service: A shuttle will depart from the Canal Tavern at 12:15 PM and 12:30 PM to take participants to Fort Laurens.
• Beneficiaries: Proceeds will benefit the development and maintenance of the Towpath Trail at Canal Lands Park in Tuscarawas County.
• Timing Company: Timing will be managed by CHAMP Racing.
