📅 Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Thursday August 14th from 6:00pm-7:30pm at the Murdock Carrousel Subway (1900 Tamiami Tr. Suite 105).
• Race Day Pickup: Begins at 6:00am on the morning of the race at the Port Charlotte High School track.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Fundraiser: This 5K race benefits the Boys and Girls Cross Country teams at Port Charlotte High School.
• Course: The 5k course is flat and winding, multi-surface, starting and finishing on a paved track.
• Location: Includes grass fields, paved sidewalks, parking, and driveways surrounding Port Charlotte High School and the Charlotte County Technical Center.

👦👧 Fun Run

• 1-Mile Fun Run: Intended for kids, but open for anyone registered for the 5K.
• Course: Follows the final mile of the 5K course around the Port Charlotte High School campus.

Awards

• Trophies: Given to Male and Female Overall, Masters (40+), Grandmaster (50+), Senior Grandmaster (60+), and Veterans (70+).
• Medals: Awarded to the top 3 in various age groups: 9 and under, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and over.

👕 Race Shirt

• Shirt Material: This year’s race shirt will be made from microfiber performance material.
• Pre-Registration Guarantee: Only 5K runners/walkers who pre-register by July 31st will be guaranteed a shirt.
• Online Registration: Those registering online until supplies run out can also receive a shirt, but it is not guaranteed.
• 1-Mile Shirt Purchase: 1-milers that pre-register may purchase shirts for $5 online or on race day until supplies run out.
