🏃‍♂️ 19th Annual Lisa Shampoe Cancer Care Foundation 5K Run/Walk

Join us 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ August 15, 2026, at the Mission Hike and Bike for the 19th annual 5K event 🎉 where the course will be an out and back on the paved path 🚶‍♂️. Run to win 🏅, jog 🏃, walk for your health 💪, do this for someone that you know who has had or has Cancer 🎗️. This year we are working in conjunction with the IBC Bank 🤝 where proceeds will go to MD Anderson and will be matched by IBC Bank Dollar for Dollar💵.

💰 Impact and Contributions

Over the last 18 years, the Lisa Shampoe events have raised and donated more than $100,000 💰 to various cancer-fighting organizations and individuals. Help us help others ❤️ — make the Lisa Shampoe 19th Annual event a huge success! SEE YOU AT THE STARTING LINE!!!!!! 🏁🏅

📜 Mission Statement

Lisa Shampoe Cancer Care Foundation Mission Statement: To help bring cancer awareness 🎗️ to our local community, financial support 💸 for treatment and research 🔬, financial assistance in providing non-medical home care services 🏠 including respite care for those fighting Cancer and lacking financial resources.

🏆 Individual award for the overall 5K male and female.
