- Activities: Whether you’re a serious runner, casual walker, or simply looking for a fun and energetic community experience, the Jamaica Hi-5 5K offers something for everyone — including reggae music along the course, finisher medals, awards, food, entertainment, sponsor giveaways, and an unforgettable post-race celebration.
