• Note: Due to construction at the museum, the event will take place at Tiguex Park, directly south of the NM Museum of Natural History and Science.

DESCRIPTION

Register today for the 6th Annual TyRUNnosaurus 5K, Kids 1-Mile, 1-Mile Family Walk, and Kids K scheduled for September 21, 2025, to benefit the Museum of Natural History Foundation to advance the cultural and scientific programs and purposes of the New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science. The Foundation’s objectives are to receive, raise, and administer funds for the benefit of the Museum and to provide the Museum with a broad base of community support. Enjoy this flat and fast-looped course through the historic Sawmill District and Historic Old Town. EVENT SCHEDULE

• Date: September 21, 2025
• Inflatable Costume Dash: 8:45 a.m.
• 5K Run/Walk: 9:00 a.m.
• Kids K: 9:45 a.m.

PARKING AND FACILITIES

• Parking: Please use designated parking areas only.
• Bathroom Facilities: Bathrooms are available near the start/finish.
• Start Location: Tiguex Park across the street from the NM Natural History Museum.
• Finish Location: All participants will finish at Tiguex Park.

REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICKUP

Runner Packet Pickup and Late Registration:

• Date: September 20, 2025
• Time: 11:00 to 3:00 p.m.
• Location: HEART AND SOLE SPORTS, 2817 San Mateo Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110
• Note: Late registrations for all events are available on race day.

AWARDS

Overall prizes will be awarded to the top three men and women determined by gun time. Age group prizes will be given to the top three finishers for various age categories.

POST-RACE AND RESULTS

• Post-Race Refreshments: Held near the finish.
• Results: Posted immediately after the event near the finish and online at www.irunfit.org.
• Medical Support: Medical staff will assist throughout the event.
• Lost & Found: Available on race day for any missing items.
