New Year's Prediction 5k and 1 mile Run/Walk

• Registration Status: Online registration has closed, but you can register on-site tomorrow, starting at 9:30am.

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Event Date: January 1, 2026
• Location: Los Poblanos Open Space, Albuquerque, NM
• Format: This is a fun run/walk with a different format - the goal is to finish your 1 mile or 5k course at 11am on the dot, without use of electronics during your run/walk.
• Community Focus: As everyone else makes their New Year':s predictions, we will do so through movement, in community.

❤️ Celebrating Recovery

• Community Centered: This year's event will again be centered in the recovery community, celebrating those who have struggled to overcome addiction.
• Supportive Intent: The event is aimed at those still in the midst of addiction.

💰 Fundraising Goal

• Free Entry: This is a FREE event, and you can make a donation to Movement is Medicine LLC.
• Donation Purpose: All proceeds will be donated to a local recovery program, Soul Recovery Cafe.
• Fundraising Goal: Help us meet our fundraising goal of $5000!
