The Albuquerque Marathon is proud to partner with Heading Home, offering participants and community members an opportunity to contribute toward a truly worthy and impactful cause. A portion of event proceeds, along with generous participant donations, will directly support Heading Home’s mission to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Albuquerque.
Location: Sagebrush Community Church, 6440 Coors Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120
In the event of severe weather creating unsafe conditions, the race may be canceled. No refunds will be issued.
Marathon, Half Marathon & Relay Start: Winter Haven Rd. (north end), just south of Sagebrush Community Church.
Participants must behave respectfully toward the community, staff, volunteers, and other participants. Prohibited actions may result in disqualification.
Wheeled devices are prohibited except for authorized wheelchairs. Medical personnel may remove participants deemed medically unfit.
An electronic timing device is attached to the bib. Bib must be visible at all times.
Headphones are allowed: however, prize-eligible athletes may not use them. Aid stations will be provided along the route.
All registered participants may pick up their event packet. To receive a packet by mail, add “SHIPPING” during registration.
Proceeds benefit Heading Home, supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Donations are accepted.
