Event Schedule

• Half Marathon: Starts at 7:00 am (3.5 Hour Cut-off)
• 5K: Starts at 7:30 am
• 10K: Starts at 7:40 am
• Kids K: Starts at 9:00 am

Packet Pickup

• Registration: Race-day registration available: all pre-registered participants must pick up packets.
• Representative Pickup: Packets can be picked up by a designated representative if you cannot attend.
• Event Location: Check location details for packet pickup at SIPI.
• Note: Packet pickup is crucial for participation on race day.

Course Information

• Start: Located near the finish within a short distance.
• Review: Please review the course map in advance.
• Timing Chip: Must be worn on the shoe for eligibility in awards.
• Course Map: Available on the RunFit website.

Participant Conduct

• Behavior: All participants must act courteously towards others and the community.
• Prohibitions: Alcohol consumption and public urination are not tolerated.
• Instructions: Follow all directives from event officials at all times.
• Health Guidelines: Sick participants should stay home as per city and state health orders.

Safety and Medical Support

• Medical Personnel: Available for assistance throughout the race.
• Withdrawal: Anyone in distress may be asked to exit the race for health reasons.
• Medical Expenses: Participants assume all liability for medical expenses during the event.
• Inclement Weather: The race may be delayed or canceled due to severe weather conditions.

Awards and Recognition

• Ceremony: Awards announced at 9:30 am after the Kids K event.
• Categories: Awards for overall winners in all age categories.
• Pickup: Awards and medals must be claimed on race day at the finish.
• No Mailing: Awards will not be sent by mail.
