Join hundreds of participants on the new, fast, flat loop course that winds through the scenic North Valley and Los Ranchos de Albuquerque.

There's no better time to visit Albuquerque, with the State Fair, hot air balloons, and the aroma of fresh chile in the air. The NM Chips and Salsa Half Marathon features age group and overall awards, including custom finisher medals for all half marathon participants and great shirts for everyone involved!

• 5K: 7:30 am

🏃 Virtual Run/Walk

Please note: All registered participants may pick up their event packet, Event Bib, and T-shirt at the time and location listed above, "Packet Pickup." For those who purchased the "shipping" (only available to Virtual Run/Walk participants), your race swag will be mailed out beginning September 8, 2025, and continue as registrations come in.

📜 Participant Guidelines

• Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously towards the community and their fellow participants during the Event.
• Health Guidelines: Event attendees must adhere to city, state, and other public health guidelines and orders.
• Course Monitoring: Participants must follow instructions from all Event officials.
• Wheeled Devices: Unauthorized wheeled devices will not be permitted on the course.

🏅 Results Timing

All participants are assigned an electronic timing device attached to their bib before the Event. To receive an accurate finish time, participants must wear their assigned timing device from Start to finish.

🎖️ Awards and Prizes

The overall and division award winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on race day at 9:30 am – immediately following the Kids K.

🚨 Medical Support

Medical staff members will be ready to assist you at any time. Please cooperate if you are asked to go for a checkup. Only runners requiring medical assistance will be permitted in the Medical Area.

📍 Parking Information

PLEASE USE DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS/SPACES ONLY. Do not park on any of the interior roads along the course.
