EVENT SCHEDULE
- Date: April 26, 2026
- 5K Run/Walk: 10:00 a.m.
- Kids K: 11:00 a.m.
- ARRIVAL: Be at the start 10-15 minutes early.
PACKET PICKUP AND LATE REGISTRATION
- Date: April 25, 2026
- Time: 11:00-3:00 P.M.
- Location: Heart and Sole Sports, 2817 San Mateo Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110
- NOTE: Pre-registered participants are encouraged to pick up their packets beforehand.
EVENT DAY CONDUCT
Participants are expected to behave professionally and courteously. Violations may result in disqualification from the event.
PARTICIPANT SAFETY
- Wheeled Devices: Only authorized wheelchair participants allowed.
- Medical Personnel: Available for assistance at any time.
- Liability: Participants are liable for any medical expenses incurred during the event.
- Weather Alerts: Participants will be notified of severe weather conditions.
RESULT TIMING
Each participant receives an electronic timing device attached to their bib, which must be worn to register an accurate finish time.
PARKING INFORMATION
Please use designated parking areas only. Available parking is provided at Mariposa Basin Park.
BATHROOM FACILITIES
Bathrooms are available near the start/finish area.
RACE (BIB) REQUIREMENTS
Each participant will receive a Race (Bib/Timing Chip) number that must be worn on race day. Bib numbers are non-transferable and MUST be worn by the assigned runner.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Headphones: Allowed under updated regulations.
- GPS Devices: Participants may wear GPS watches.
- Baby Joggers: Must register for a Rider Bib and start behind other runners.
- Lost and Found: An area will be available for items found on race day.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Event forecasts will be monitored. Updates will be communicated through the RunFit website.
RESULTS
Results will be posted immediately after the event at the finish line and online at: www.irunfit.org
