Event Purpose

The Manor Community 5K is designed to promote healthier habits among low-income families to aid in addressing health inequities. The run will focus on physical activity and making healthier food choices. Participants will be able to walk or run a 5K course and enjoy a variety of healthy snacks and refreshments upon completing the event. We are also providing access to free health screenings, as well as other free health resources from local organizations. This event is a great way for low-income families to get active, learn about healthy living, and make positive changes in their lives.

Registration Fees

• Fee Waiver: We are waiving registration fees for anyone who presents their MAP (Medical Access Program) Cards! On-site registration only.
• Participant Perks: Participants will receive shirts, bibs, and finisher medals.
• Same Day Registration: If you register the same day/on-site, you are not guaranteed to receive a shirt or finisher medal.
• Participation: All are welcome to participate - whether as a walker/runner, or cheerleader. The goal is to encourage people to live healthier and improve the quality of their lives.
