🎄 Event Description

Invitation: Don’t you wish it was already Christmas time? So do we!
Family Fun: We are inviting families and individuals of all ages to join us for the 2nd annual Fun Run Rudolph!
Run Your Way: This is a family fun run, not a race. However, participants can run as fast or as slow as they would like.
Fitness and Togetherness: This event has been created to bring families together during the Christmas season while promoting personal fitness.

Follow Rudolph: Runners/Walkers will start the course by following Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.
2-Mile Journey: Rudolph will run the course with the participants and lead them through the 2-mile course.
Meet Santa: Follow Rudolph and he will ultimately lead participants to Santa Claus who will be waiting at the finish line.
Sweet Finish: Once a participant finishes the course, they will receive a chocolate chip cookie to enjoy!

Photo Opportunity: Participants will then have their picture taken with Santa Claus.
Wish Lists: While waiting, participants can fill out their wish list for this Christmas.
Personal Touch: Feel free to bring your own camera/photographer for your best Christmas photos ever!
Capture Memories: Take as many pictures as you’d like!

Location: Fun Run Rudolph will be held at Veterans Park in Alabaster, Alabama at 4:00 PM.
Check-In: Check-in will be from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM at the start/finish line.
Pavilion Details: The pavilion located behind the bathrooms next to the pickleball courts will serve as the start/finish line area this year.
Parking and Facilities: There will be plenty of parking and access to restrooms.

Check-In Wristband: Participants will receive a wristband at check-in, serving as their ticket for a chocolate chip cookie and pictures with Santa.
Finisher’s Medal: All participants will earn a finisher’s medal upon completion of the course.
Celebration: Enjoy the festivities and rewards for participating!
Memorable Tokens: Collect your medal and enjoy the cheers of the crowd!

New Format: The course for Fun Run Rudolph will be a little different this year because the start and finish line will be at the same location.
Total Distance: The total course distance is approximately 2 miles.
Accessibility: Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.
Stroller Friendly: The course will also accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.

One Aid Station: We will have one aid station set up at the start/finish line during the event.
Water Supply: Water will be provided for all participants.
Facilities Access: Restrooms are also located near the start/finish line.
