Race Day Schedule:

• 6:30 am: Registration Opens
• 7:45 am: 5K Registration Closes
• 8:00 am: 5K Start
• 9:00 am: 1 Mile Fun Run Start

Awards & Raffle Prizes:

• Raffle Eligibility: To be entered into raffle prize drawings, you must be registered by April 16th, 5:00 pm.
• 5K Awards: Top Overall Male/Female, Top 3 M/F in various age groups.
• Finisher's Medals: 5K Finishers will receive medals.
• Fun Run Awards: Each participant will receive a finisher's award.

Team Awards:

• Largest Team: Number of 5K registered participants by Wednesday, April 14, 2027.
• Fastest Team: Based on total time for the first 5 registered team members.
• Team Spirit Award: Judged by the race committee on race day.
• Team Registration: Must have 5 or more participants registered under the team name.

Participation Guidelines:

• Bib Number: Wear your Bib Number on the FRONT of your shirt during the race.
• Bandit Policy: Unregistered runners are not permitted in the race.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the racecourse or start area.
• Strollers: Keep children with you at all times and start from the back of the starting line.

Cancellation Statement:

• Non-Refundable: Your entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Weather Policy: The race will occur rain or shine: extreme circumstances may cause cancellation.
• Donation: Entry fees will be donated to Food for Our Journey in case of cancellation.
• Registration Changes: Changes must be made before April 15, 2027.
