🎉 Activities and Awards

This Birmingham favorite provides several options for participation including an in-person 5K run or walk and a 1-mile fun run, and a Red Shoe 'Snoozer' option for participants that like to sleep in on race day and still support a great cause. This exciting day of fellowship will be topped off with an awards ceremony and a block party!

• Costume Theme: Participants are encouraged to wear an 'on-theme' costume.
• Special Awards: Includes Extra Mile Award, House Heroes Award, Most Enthusiastic Award, and Corporate Challenge Week Winner.
• Team Perks: Team Roll Call, VIP seating, complimentary sign for teams with 10+ members.
• Individual Awards: House Hero MVP and entries for a drawing for RMHCA SWAG Bag for those raising $100 or more.

💖 Purpose of the Event

All money raised through the Red Shoe Run stays at the Ronald McDonald House in Birmingham to keep families together at a time when it’s needed most.
