Have you ever wondered what it’s like to run the racetrack at the world-renowned Barber Motorsports Park? Well, now you can! Experience the 17-turn road course like never before at The INDY 5K presented by BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama, on March 27th at the Barber Motorsports Park. Race participation includes Friday General Admission to the Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix.

🕒 Pre-Race Registration and Packet Pickup

Location: Hampton Inn, 310 Rex Lake Rd., Leeds, AL 35094

• Date: March 25, 2026 - 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
• Date: March 26, 2026 - 7:30 am - 1:00 pm
• On-site Registration: Cashless (Credit Card only)
• Location: Lot E on Race Day

🚦 Race Day Registration & Packet Pick Up

Begins promptly at 10:30 am on Friday, March 27th in Lot E. Bring a valid State-issued ID for a 21+ wristband.

• Check-in: By 5:00 pm.
• Registration Tent: To sign a waiver and receive a wristband.
• Entry Requirement: Printed registration confirmation is mandatory.

🚗 Race Day Parking

• Location: Lot E, show your printed Indy 5K registration to enter.
• Directions: Turn left at the "T" intersection by the Museum upon entering.
• Packet Pick Up: Conducted in Lot E.

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are NOT allowed at Barber Motorsports Park.

📅 Race Day Agenda

• 10:30 am: Registration Opens
• 5:00 pm: 5K Registration Closes
• 5:30 pm: 5K Start
• 6:00 - 7:00 pm: Indy 5K Post-Race Party

💧 Water Stop Stations

Water stop locations will be at the start line, finish line, and halfway mark on the 5K.

👶 Strollers at the Race

If you are participating with a stroller and/or children, please start from the back of the starting line for safety.

🚫 Cancellation Statement

Your entry fee is non-refundable. The event will occur rain or shine, warm or cold. In extreme circumstances, there will be no refunds, and your fee will be considered a donation to Children's of Alabama.
