New this year: The Hope for Vision Walk has moved from the fall to the spring!
A WEEKEND OF CONNECTION, LEARNING & IMPACT
Join with PRRF for a powerful weekend that educates, inspires, and unites. Saturday's Family Connection Conference brings education and resources to families affected by pediatric retinal diseases, while Sunday's Hope for Vision Walk brings together our community to fund critical research and programs. Participate in one or both events, either virtually or in person at Oakland University.
The mission of the Pediatric Retinal Research Foundation (PRRF) is to raise awareness of pediatric retinal diseases, drive research, and support the community of affected individuals and their families. To learn more about the pediatric retinal diseases supported by PRRF, research efforts and upcoming community events, visit us at PRRF.org.
Our annual Hope for Vision Walk brings together supporters, families, and advocates to raise funds and awareness for pediatric retinal disease research and community programs. Participants can join with us virtually in their own communities or in-person at Oakland University. Given how unpredictable April weather can be, our in-person event will take place on an indoor track, still with lots of games, refreshments, and family-friendly activities.
Funds raised will advance pediatric retinal disease research while strengthening PRRF’s community programs. Support will include research at the Pediatric Retinal Research Lab at Oakland University, the Ophthalmic Biobank, sponsorship of SUPER Scholars at Oakland University’s Eye Research Institute, and programs such as the Through Our Eyes podcast, the annual Family Connection Conference, our community portal and mentorship program, and more.
