Family Health Partnership Clinic is proud to present the 24th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, October 20th at Woodstock North High School!

• Event Purpose: Celebrate survivors, support breast cancer warriors, and honor lost loved ones.
• Impact: Raises funds for breast cancer education, early diagnosis & detection, screenings, and women's health programs.
• Early Detection: Emphasizes the importance of early detection for survival.
• Mission: Supports Family Health Partnership Clinic in providing healthcare services to uninsured individuals in McHenry County.

👟 Virtual Care4 Option

The Care4 will again have a VIRTUAL option! Our Care4 Family extends to all corners of the country with a VIRTUAL CARE4 Experience.

• Flexibility: Participants can choose any time and place to walk, run, or be active from October 12th to October 20th.
• Results Submission: Upload results and photos to share the experience with the Care4 community.
• Shipping Option: Virtual participants can opt for shipping of shirts and bibs by October 9th.
