• Celebration: The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K celebrates survivors and supports our breast cancer warriors.

• Funding: Raises critical funds for the Family Health Partnership Clinic to provide healthcare services to the uninsured.
• Focus: Funds support breast cancer education, early diagnosis, annual screenings, and women’s health programs.

Virtual Participation

• Option: The Care4 will again have a VIRTUAL option to include all participants across the country.
• Timing: You can walk, run or be active from October 12th thru October 19th.
• Results: Upload your results with pictures of you and your Care4 Crew wearing your swag.
• Shipping: Virtual participants can opt for shipping to receive their shirt and bib by October 9th.
