🎗️ About the Event

• Organizer: Family Health Partnership Clinic is proud to present the 25th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, October 12th at 3000 Raffel Road, Woodstock, IL.
• Purpose: The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K celebrates survivors, supports our breast cancer warriors, and honors loved ones lost too soon.
• Impact: This event makes a huge impact in our community by raising critical funds to support health care services for uninsured adults in McHenry County.
• Focus: Funds raised are pledged to breast cancer education, early diagnosis & detection, annual screenings, and other women's health programs.

🌐 Virtual Participation

• Option: The Care4 will again have a VIRTUAL option to ensure everyone can participate.
• Dates: As a virtual participant, you can walk, run, or be active from October 12th thru October 19th.
• Upload: Participants can upload results and pictures wearing your Care4 swag.
• Shipping: Those signed up for the Virtual Care4 can opt in for shipping: shirts and bibs will be shipped by October 9th.

• Message: Let's spread the Care4 message that EVERYONE should have access to breast cancer screenings and early detection.
• Statistics: Early diagnosis is key to survival: uninsured women are nearly 2.6 times more likely to be diagnosed later stage.

• History: The clinic has been providing quality health care to uninsured men and women of McHenry County since 1996.
