Viking Races

🏃‍♂️ Welcome to the Viking Races!

This event will take place at South Mastick.

The relay is going to consist of a 2 person relay where each runner will run 2 miles each.

As well as a 4 mile and 8 mile run.

This race will take place on both pavement and dirt trail surfaces.

⏰ Start Times

• Registration and Packet Pickup: 7:30am
• 8 Mile Run start: 8:30am
• 4 Mile Run start: 8:35am
• Relay start: 8:40am

🏁 Distance Options

• 2x2 Mile Relay: Runners will complete 1 loop on the 2 mile loop course
• 4 Mile Run: Runners will complete 1 loop on the 4 mile loop course
• 8 Mile Run: Runners will complete 2 loops on the 4 mile loop course

⏱️ Timing Method

• Relay: Chip timed
• 4 Mile: Chip timed
• 8 Mile: Chip timed

📝 Registration

• Pre-Registration (through September 30th): $35 individual fee for the relay. $35 and $50 for the 4 mile and 8 mile respectively.
• Late Registration (through Race Day): $40 individual fee (T-shirts are not guaranteed and sizes are subject to availability) for the relay. $40 and $55 for the 4 mile and 8 mile respectively.
• Mail Entries: All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, October 29th.

• Awards: Top 3 Overall Male, Female, and Coed Teams
• Fastest Overall Leg Time: Top Male and Female individual leg time

🏆 4 Mile Run

• Awards: Top 5 Overall Male and Female
• Masters Awards: Top 5 Overall Male and Female Masters (60+)

🥇 8 Mile Run

• Awards: Top 5 Overall Male and Female
• Masters Awards: Top 5 Overall Male and Female Masters (60+)
