Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® the Alpha Gamma Eta Omega chapter, is pleased to announce our 2nd Annual Orange Peel to Pavement 5K Run/Walk. Alpha Gamma Eta Omega is a newly chartered AKA chapter nestled in the picturesque Hudson Valley.

🎯 Purpose of the Event

• Goal: To promote Mental Health Awareness.
• Scholarships: Funds will provide college scholarships for Orange County, NY High School seniors.
• Community Services: Fundraising efforts underwrite the stellar community service programs that the chapter will provide.

📅 Event Details

• Date: Saturday, September 27, 2025.
• Registration: Begins at 8:30am.
• Location: Thomas Bull Memorial Park, Montgomery, NY 12549.
• Activities: Includes a 5k run and a walk for those who prefer a more leisurely pace.

It will be a fun-filled day for participants and spectators alike, featuring food and music for people of all ages to enjoy.
