Summer Solstice 5K Run

🌞 TEAM COMPETITION

• Teams: Teams of 5 to 10 runners compete for prizes for each of the three Summer Sizzler races (Summer Solstice 5K, Downtown Dash 5K, and Beach to Beach 5K).
• Grand Prize: A Team Grand Prize for the team that wins the combined three-race series competition.
• Scoring: At each race, your team is scored just like in Cross Country - the top five runners on the team are scored, adding up the OVERALL PLACE each runner finishes in the race.
• Tiebreaker: Lowest score wins, and if there’s a tie score, the tie is broken by the sixth runner’s place.

📅 EVENT DETAILS

• Date: The Summer Solstice 5K takes place on 2025-06-21.
• Location: Indian Riverside Park, 1707 NE Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach, FL.
• Beneficiary: Race proceeds will benefit area cross country teams.
• Other Races: The other two races in the Summer Sizzler Race Series are the Downtown Dash 5K on Saturday, July 26, and the Beach to Beach 5K Run on Friday, August 23.

🏃‍♂️ COURSE INFORMATION

• Path: The Summer Solstice 5K course will be paved roads, residential streets, and some concrete sidewalk.
• Awards: Finisher's awards, age group awards every five years from 10 and Under to 80 and Over, and raffle prizes mean that everyone will walk away with something.
• Refreshments: Post-race refreshments and two on-course water stops are provided.
• Timing: Chip timing from start to finish line and quality cotton/poly blend t-shirts to the first 200 entrants are included.

📝 REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Entry Fee: Enter now at $45 until June 15, when entry jumps to $50.
• Discount: TC Running Premium members receive a 10% discount.
• Packet Pickup: Pre-race packet pickup at Fleet Feet Stuart running store from 2 PM until 6 PM on Friday, June 20.
