• Location: Race Start / Finish at Morse Landing Park, Hwy. 17 Business, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576
• Schedule: 1 Mile Run/Walk 7:30 am - 5K Run 8:00 am

💖 About the Children's Recovery Center

• Mission: Provide treatment and effective advocacy for children suspected of having suffered sexual and physical abuse.
• Collaboration: Work as a team with community partners for the best outcomes for each child.
• Prevention: Advocacy and education in the community are vital parts of the mission.
• Status: We are a 501c3 organization.

🎉 Event Purpose

• Fundraiser: The 5K Run / Walk is a fundraiser for the Children's Recovery Center.
• Beneficiaries: Proceeds will benefit the children of Horry and Georgetown Counties.
• Family Friendly: The event welcomes participants of all ages.

📅 Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Friday, August 24, 2025
• Location: On The 1/2 Shell - 4500 Highway 17, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576
• Time: From 5-8 pm.
• Activities: Pick up race packets, register, enjoy dinner, and win raffle prizes.

🚀 Race Day Registration

• Location: Morse Park Landing
• Schedule: 7:30 am I Mile Run/Walk (FREE for kids 7 and under) - 8 am 5K Shotgun Start
• Breakfast: 9 am Free Breakfast for Runners

💵 Registration Fees

• 5K Run / Walk: $40 per adult (includes timing and shirt if registered by August 17, 2025: $45 after)
• 5K Run / Walk: $30 per child 14 and under (same conditions as above: $35 after)
• I Mile Run / Walk: $25 per adult ($30 after August 17)
• I Mile Run / Walk: $15 per child ($20 after August 17)
• Free: I Mile Run / Walk FREE for kids ages 7 and under
