Race Overview

Come and work up your Thanksgiving appetite with a family friendly 5K and Kids' Dash! This is one of the largest races in the Myrtle Beach area! The race course is through the scenic Market Common region of Myrtle Beach, which was home to the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. Runners and Walkers are all welcome!

Race Info

• Animals: Animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Service animals as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course.
• Wheeled Devices: Baby joggers, strollers, skateboards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles or any other wheeled device are not permitted on the race course.
• No Water Supply: There is no water stop on course.
• Start Times: 5K race begins at 8:00 AM: Gobbler Kids' Dash begins at 9:00 AM.

Race Swag

• Participant Shirt: 5K-Participant Shirt (while supplies last).
• Gobbler Dash Shirt: Option to add on participant shirt for Gobbler Dash.
• Medals: 5K/Gobbler Dash Participant Medal.
• Race Bib: 5K/Gobbler Dash Race Bib.

Registration

• Online Only: Registration is only available online.
• Closing Time: Registration closes Thursday, November 26 at 6:00 AM.
• Free Kids' Dash: Gobbler Kids' Dash is free, but participants must register online.

Packet Pickup Information

• Date & Time: Wednesday, November 25 from 4:00-7:00 PM.
• Race Day Pickup: Thursday, November 26 from 6:45-7:45 AM at Grand Park Lake courtyard on Farrow Parkway.
• Note: If you do not attend packet pickup prior to race morning, you will NOT receive your t-shirt until after you complete the 5K race/Gobbler Dash.

Parking

• Location: Free parking in Farrow Parking Garage next to Nacho Hippo.
• Street Parking: Free parking along side streets in Market Common.

Restrooms

• Facilities: Portos in the courtyard at Grand Park Lake.

Awards

• Top Finishers: Overall Male and Female 1,2,3 place.
• Masters Awards: Overall Masters Male and Female 1 place.
• Age Group Awards: 1,2,3 place across various age groups.
• Kids' Dash: No awards for Gobbler Kids' Dash.
