Race Overview

• Event: 20th Annual RiverTown Reindeer Run

• Location: Conway Marina, 4 Elm Street, Conway, SC 29526
• Start Time: 5K at 8:00 am & 1 Mile at 8:05 am

Race Description

The 20th Annual RiverTown Reindeer Run will be held along a tree-lined route in historic downtown Conway, SC. The race is a beautiful tour of our historic Rivertown and will loop back to finish at the Marina. We will also be hosting an untimed 1 Mile Run/ Walk starting at 8:05 am. 1 Mile participants will receive a shirt and a bib (no awards for the 1 mile group).

The race is a fundraising event of the Conway Rotary Club’s charitable giving.

The 5k (3.1 mile) race is directed by Simply Timing. Participants, which include runners and walkers of all ages, will receive awards presented to the top three overall male and female finishers.

Registration Information

• Long Sleeve Shirt: Register before midnight 11/15 for a dri-fit shirt.
• Cotton Tee Shirts: Available while supplies last for other registrations.
• Shirt Color: May vary.

Race Details

• Type: 5k race and 1 Mile (1 mile is untimed)
• Proceeds: Proceeds go to fund local charities and community projects in our area.

Awards

• Overall Awards: Based on Gun Time, Top Male/Female, 1st, 2nd, 3rd in age groups.
• Age Group Awards: 14yrs and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

5K Fees

• Early Registration: $40 until midnight 10/31/2026
• Late Registration: $45 until midnight 11/30/2026
• Race Day: $50 from 12/1/2026 to Day of Race

1 Mile Fees

• Early Registration: $20 until midnight 10/31/2026
• Late Registration: $25 until midnight 11/30/2026
• Race Day: $30 from 12/1/2026 to Day of Race

Packet Pickup

• Day Before: Black Dog Outfitters, Friday December 5th from 4:00-6:00 pm, 316 N Main Street, Conway, SC 29526
• Morning of Race: At Race location starting at 7:00 am

Holiday Challenge

Participants must finish both races and have recorded times to receive a custom YETI cup. 11/7/26 Rotary Club of Little River 5k, 12/5/26 Conway Rotary Club Rivertown Reindeer 5k.

Event Notes

• Strollers: Welcome at this race.
• Music: Feel free to listen while you run.
• Pets: Not allowed at this race.
• Parking: Participants should park in the county parking lot or along the tennis courts area before reaching the marina.
