Race Overview

The 19th Annual RiverTown Reindeer Run will be held along a tree-lined route in historic downtown Conway, SC. Starting at the Conway Marina and beginning at 8:00am on Saturday, 12/6/2025. The race is a beautiful tour of our historic Rivertown, and will loop back to finish at the Marina. We will also be hosting an untimed 1 Mile Run/Walk starting at 8:05am: 1 Mile participants will receive a shirt and a bib (no awards for the 1 Mile group).

Fundraising Purpose

The race is a fundraising event of the Conway Rotary Club’s charitable giving.

Registration: Race Day registration and Packet Pickup from 7:00 – 8:00 am
Race Start: 5K at 8:00 am and then 1 Mile at 8:05 am

Holiday Challenge

Participants must finish both races and have recorded times to receive a custom YETI cup.

Event Special Notes

Strollers: Strollers are welcome at this race.
Music: Feel free to listen to music while you run.
Pets: Pets are not welcome at this race.
No Refunds: This event does not allow refunds.

Parking Information

All participants should park in the county parking lot or along the tennis courts area before reaching the marina. We will have staff in place to direct traffic on race day. The entire marina parking lot and boat ramp area will be closed until after the race is completed.
