Event Details

• Walkers Welcome: All participants are invited to join.
• Race Format: Scenic off-road courses, with great competition.
• Refreshments: Fresh fruit & pastries provided, plain water available.
• Race Director: Expect some amusing jokes before and after the race!

Registration Information

• Packet Pickup: Race Day Registration from 7:30-8:45AM at Marathon Sports, 309 Marginal Way, Portland, ME.
• Pricing: $26 Wicked Early Bird by January 1st, $29 Early Bird by April 1st, $34 thereafter, $39 on Race Day.
• Donations: Proceeds benefit the “Sons of the Amvets Michael Shone Scholarship.”
• T-Shirts: Colorful Luv2Run T-Shirts to entrants available by May 10th.

Awards and Prizes

• Overall Winners: Cash prizes for top male and female finishers.
• Pint Glasses: Awarded to Top Male/Female Overall and Top 2 Male/Female Age Groups.
• Team Prizes: For the 1st Running Club, Corporate, or Open Teams of 4 or more.
• Raffle: 50/50 Raffle available at $2 per chance.

Post-Race Celebration

• Mimosas: Complimentary for all participants 21+, with non-alcoholic options available.
• Party Location: Charles J Loring Amvets Post 25, 186 Washington Ave Portland at 10:30 AM.
• Age Requirement: All under 21 must stay with a parent during the post-race party.

Additional Information

• Packet Pickup Location: 0.4 miles from the finish and 0.9 miles from the start: maps will be provided.
• Driving Time: Less than 5 minutes from each location.
• Timing: 15 minutes will be allowed between the closing of packet pickup and the race start.
• No Refunds: Reach out for policies regarding cancellations due to weather or health crises.
