Join us for the 37th annual Salmon Run which returns to Bend, Oregon on April 19, 2025.

🏃‍♂️ Race Distances

• HALF MARATHON: 13.1 miles
• 10K: A thrilling distance
• 5K: Fun for all levels
• Little Fry Run: Bring the kids!

🌲 Course Details

The Salmon Run course takes runners along the beautiful and picturesque Deschutes River. The half marathon course is:

• 75%: Paved sidewalks
• 25%: Trail

The 10K course is:

• 80%: Paved sidewalks
• 20%: Trail

The 5K is:

• 65%: Paved sidewalks
• 35%: Trail

All courses will be marked with a combination of mile markers and directional arrows.

🎉 Finish Line Festivities

Enjoy a post-race party with delicious food and beverages (beer!) and music. We’ve got:

• Gift bags: Special treats for participants
• Awards: Top three male and female finishers in both open and master’s categories
• Ribbons: For 1st, 2nd & 3rd place age-group finishers

🅿️ Parking for Race Day

There is limited parking at Riverbend Park on race day. We highly recommend:

• Carpooling: To reduce congestion
• Parking instructions: Follow attendants upon arrival
• Additional parking: Available on City streets
