Registration Information

• Closing Date: Early registration will close on February 12 at midnight.
• On-Site Registration: Available Sunday morning starting at 11 am.
• Check-In: WinterFest entry is included with your registration! All attendees will receive an emailed WinterFest ticket for entry.
• ID Verification: Volunteers at the entry gates can look up your name if you cannot find your ticket.

Check-In Options

• Packet Pickup Location: Old Mill District - SEE COURSE MAP FOR EXACT LOCATION.
• Date: Sunday, February 15
• Time: 11 am - 12 pm
• QR Code: Your registration information will be scanned using a QR code, which should be printed or available on your phone.

Race Experience

• Type: An untimed 5K loop starting at noon.
• Finish Line: Enjoy a full Hot Cocoa bar with toppings and Crater Lake spirits.
• Fun Factor: Costumes are encouraged!
