ASC Engineered Solutions & MCAA welcome you to join us for an energizing 5K FUN RUN or ONE MILE WALK around the serene grounds of the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes Resort. Join us on the Valencia Lawn as we get your hearts and excitement pumping with warm-up exercises 7:10am, followed by a 7:30am shotgun start.

🕒 Schedule:

6:00 AM – 6:30 AM: Registration Check-in
6:15 AM – 8:30 AM: Continental Breakfast
7:10 AM – 7:20 AM: Warm-Up Exercises
7:30 AM: Shotgun Start
