• Details: Kick off your Thanksgiving with a morning of family, fitness, and fun all while helping Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity build a home!
• Costumes: Come dress in your finest Turkey costume and support a great cause while enjoying a 5K or 1 Mile around a beautiful beach town.

📝 How to Register

• Online Registration: Click on SIGN UP in the upper right corner.
• In-Person Registration: To register in-person at packet pickup or race morning, we will provide a QR code for you to register on your phone.
• Online Device Registration: You can also register online from your phone or device up until the race starts.

🚗 Parking Information

• Parking Availability: Parking will be available first-come, first-serve at various locations including Wrightsville Beach Museum, Redix Parking Lots, Wrightsville Beach Baptist, Wrightsville United Methodist, US Post Office.
• VIP Parking: A limited number of VIP Parking passes are available for purchase while you register online for the race.
• Pre-Purchase: Pre-purchase your VIP Parking with your race registration for the closest parking available near the Start/Finish Line.
• Validity: VIP Parking is not valid for RVs, buses, passenger vans, or other commercial and oversized vehicles.

• Partner Hotel: Our Packet Pickup Partner, Holiday Inn Resort Lumina on Wrightsville Beach, is offering discounted rooms nights and a Thanksgiving Buffet.

🎭 Costume Contest

• Best RACER Costume: Racers do not forget to don your BEST Turkey Trot Costumes! No preregistration needed.
• Awards: Prizes will be awarded to the Best RACER Costume for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.
• Best PET Costume: Although our furry friends are not allowed to race, they are welcome in the park at the start and finish area.
• Judging Time: Be sure to stop by the Costume Contest Tent for judging between 7:30am - 8:30am. Winners will be announced at 9:15am.
