🏃‍♂️ About the Event

• Date: Sunday, February 23, 2025
• Presented by: Santa Clarita Track Club and Westfield Valencia Town Center
• Beneficiary: Students Off And Running (SOAR)
• Age Group: High school youth ages 14-18

SOAR provides a fully supported Los Angeles Marathon training experience to SCV high school youth at no cost to participants or their families, and is an Official Featured Charity of the 2025 Los Angeles Marathon.

• Courses: Scenic 5K / 10K USATF certified circuit
• Features: Chip timing, custom marathon quality finishers medal, tech T
• Activities: Health and fitness expo, beer garden, food, games and giveaways
• Inclusivity: Open to strutters, strollers, and K9 participants

🗺️ Course Information

MGM is a USATF certified rolling 5K/10K circuit run on paseos, with bridge overpasses that will challenge many runners, throughout the City and along the scenic South Fork River Trail. Please be advised, there is a dirt equestrian trail element as part of the 10K course from Mile 3.25 to Mile 4.85. CLICK HERE for Course Details.

🎟️ Early Packet Pickup

• Date: Saturday, February 22nd
• Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm
• Location: Canyon Club courtyard at Valencia Town Center, close to H&M
• ID Required: Valid ID to receive a Beer Garden Access wristband

• Check-In/Pre-Registration: 6:30am - 8:00am
• 1K Warm Up: 7:25am
• 1K Start: 7:30am
• 5K/10K Start: 8:00am

• Categories: 1st - 3rd place age group awards in all 5K/10K race divisions
• Teams: Awards for top three Team Finishes
• Overall Winners: Awards for top three 5K/10K Women & Men Overall
• Participation: All 5K/10K runners receive a custom finishers medal, t-shirt & goodie bag!
