🏃‍♂️ Grind for the Mind Race

The Inaugural Grind For the Mind, presented by Bria Method and The Brad Fox Foundation, is a charity challenge promoting mental health awareness by encouraging members of the community to partake in a fitness run event that reflects the strength within ourselves, the obstacles we all face, and the endurance needed sometimes as we prioritize our individual mental health.

🏞 Race Route & Obstacles

• Route: Full 2.2 mile run around the loop of Warminster Community Park
• Challenges: 6 challenge stations with body weight exercises and puzzles
• Purpose: Test participants' physical and mental strength

• Open Event: All members of the public are welcome
• Engage: Run with friends, family, and community to raise awareness for mental health
• Support: Interact with organizations like NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)

👕 T-shirt & Packet Information

• Early Registration: Participants who register by DDMMMYYYY will receive a Grind for the Mind t-shirt
• Late Registration: Register after that date and receive a shirt while quantities last
• Packet Pick-up: Available at Bria Method from September 16-20, 2024. Additional pick-up on September 22, 2024 at WCP prior to the event
