Crazy Water 5K

Event Overview

Come for the run and stay for the festival! The Crazy Water Festival begins on Thursday, October 8th with the Wade Bowen concert and runs all day Saturday, October 10th, 2026. For more information, please go to www.crazywaterfestival.org.

Race Details

• Date: October 10th, 2026
• Location: Corner of NW 4th Ave & NW 7th St., Mineral Wells, TX
• Course: This run will feature road running with lots of crazy turns!
• Weather Policy: This event happens rain (not thunder, lightning, hail or flash flooding) or shine. If rescheduled due to severe weather, all race entries will be honored.

Registration Information

• Format: Registration is now only online. Paper registration forms and team registrations are no longer accepted.
• Packet Pick-up: Friday, October 9th (location and time TBD) and Saturday, October 10th, starting at 7:30 am at the race site.
• Parking: Available along the intersection of NW 8th St and NW 4th Ave. & along the intersection of NW 7th St and NW 4th Ave.
• Fees: $35.00 for all participants through race day: $40.00 for all participants on the day of the race: Free for ages 5 & Under (No Shirt).

Award Categories

• Overall Awards: Male and Female overall awards will be presented.
• Top Finishers: Top 3 Male/Female for each age group will receive a medal.
• Age Groups: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.
• Special Note: The first 200 participants registered will receive a shirt.
