• Purpose: Join us as we celebrate all of those who served our great country!

Course Information

• Type: Fast, flat course in downtown Suffolk.

Fluids and Food

• Station: There will be 1 aid station with water at about the 1.5 mark.

Amenities & Post-Race

• Participants: All 5K & 1 Mile registered runners will receive a Premium T-Shirt.
• Finishers: All finishers will receive Medals.
• Refreshments: Onsite hospitality includes an After-party with live Band, Beer, Pizza, Snacks, and Cold Beverages.

Packet Pickups

• Early Pickup: Will be at Momac Brewing Company on Friday, November 8th, 3 PM-6 PM.
• Race Day Pickup: From 7-7:50 AM for 5K & 7-9 AM for the mile at the starting area.

Race Times

• 5K Start: 8 AM.
• 1 Mile Start: Approximately 9:15 AM.

Awards

• 5K Race: Top 3 OVERALL Male and Female, and Top 3 Male and Female in age groups will receive awards!
• Top Walkers: Top 3 Walkers Male and Female will also receive awards.
• 1 Mile: The top 3 Males and Females in age groups will receive awards.

Military Teams

• Competition: We are having a Military team competition between the different branches!
• Categories: Largest team competition and fastest team competition.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a service team for the fastest team you must have served in that branch.

Registration

• Deadline: Registration will be open until 7 AM on Race Day.

Strider Plus/Legacy Runners

• Discounts: Discount automatically applied at checkout through Race Day.

Club Membership Discounts

• Amount: A Club membership discount of $5.00 is available up until Race Day.
• Application: Discounts are automatically applied during registration.
