Event Details

- Theme: Join us as we celebrate all of those who served our great country!
Course Information
- Type: Fast, flat course in downtown Suffolk
- Distance: 5K and Kid's Mile
Fluids and Food
- Aid Station: There will be 1 aid station with water at about the 1.5 mile mark.
- Refreshments: Onsite hospitality & refreshments including an after-party with live band, beer, pizza, snacks, and cold beverages.
Amenities & Post-Race
- T-Shirts: All 5K & 1 Mile registered runners will receive a Premium T-Shirt.
- Medals: All finishers will receive Medals.
Packet Pickups
- Early Pickup: At Momac Brewing Company on Friday, November 8th, 3 PM - 6 PM.
- Race Day Pickup: 7 AM - 7:50 AM for 5K & 7 AM - 9 AM for the mile at the starting area.
Race Times
- 5K Start: 8 AM
- 1 Mile Start: Approx. 9:15 AM
Awards
- 5K Race: Top 3 Overall Male and Female, and Top 3 Male and Female in age groups (12 & Under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70+).
- Top Walkers: Top 3 Walkers Male and Female will also receive awards.
- 1 Mile: The top 3 Males and Females in age groups (6 & Under, 7 to 9, 10 to 12, and 13 & Over) will receive awards.
Military Teams
- Competition: Military team competition between different branches!
- Largest Team: Eligible if you or a family member served in that branch.
- Fastest Team: Top 3 males & females for each service team count for scoring.
Registration
- Deadline: Registration will be open until 7 AM on Race Day.
- Discounts: Strider Plus/Legacy runners receive discount automatically applied at checkout through Race Day.
- Club Membership: A $5.00 discount is available for club members, applied during registration.
