The Portsmouth Museums Foundation is pleased to announce our 11th annual Bunny Hop 5K and 1 Mile Family Fun Run which will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, in support of the Children’s Museum of Virginia!

- Fun Activities: Join us in the Portsmouth Pavilion for fun family activities, dancing, refreshments and the award ceremony!

- Location: A flat, fast, picturesque course along the Portsmouth waterfront.
Important Dates
- Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026
- Time: 1 Mile begins at 8:00 am
- 5K Walk/Run: Begins at 8:30 am
Early Packet Pick-up
- Date: Friday, April 10, 2025
- Time: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Location: The Children's Museum of Virginia.
Race Day Schedule
- 7:00 a.m. - Registration and Packet Pick-up Opens at Portsmouth Pavilion, 16 Crawford Circle in Portsmouth, VA.
- 7:40 a.m. - Registration and Packet Pick-up for 1 Mile Family Fun Run Closes.
- 8:00 a.m. - 1 Mile Family Fun Run Begins.
- 8:10 a.m. - Registration and Packet Pick-up for 5K Closes.
- 8:30 a.m. - 5K Walk Begins.
- 8:30 a.m. - 5K Run Begins.
