SPARC presents our 3rd annual Above the Clouds 5K in honor of Dr. Albert K. Lin.

🎗️ Purpose

• Aim: Raise awareness for brain cancer.
• Honor: Remember and honor Dr. Albert K. Lin.
• Inspiration: Dr. Lin inspires us to live life fully.
• Legacy: Finish the race in a meaningful way.

💖 Beneficiary

A portion of your registration fee will be donated to www.braintumor.org, who unrelentingly invests in, mobilizes, and unites the brain tumor community to discover a cure, deliver effective treatments, and advocate for patients and caregivers.

🏅 Event Details

• Timing: The 5K will be a timed event with prizes for our top finishers.
• Participation: Open to all levels of fitness: everyone is welcome to run or walk.
• Virtual Option: Join our virtual event and receive a shirt and finisher medal.
• 100 Yard Dash: Little ones can sign up and receive something special for their completion.

📅 Registration Details

Register before April 24th, 2025 to receive an early registration discount and to guarantee your shirt size! Participants registering after this date may not be guaranteed preferred sizing in their shirt.

🍽️ Post Race Celebration

Stay after and join us for a post race with food available for purchase from Flippin' Hangry.

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be on May 23rd, 2025 from 3:45pm to 8pm at Point 2 Running in Chesapeake.
