10K Challenge

• Event Structure: Run/Walk a 5K for Distance Series 1 at Dismal Canal Trail.
• Next Steps: Distance Series 2 at Fort Monroe - Run/Walk 5 Miles.
• Final Leg: Complete the 10K for Distance Series 3.
• Grand Prix: Note that these distances are not part of the Striders Grand Prix.

Half Marathon Challenge

• Distance Series: Distances 2 and 3 are part of the Striders Grand Prix.
• Event Structure: Run/Walk a 10K for Distance Series 1.
• Next Steps: Distance Series 2 at Fort Monroe - Run/Walk 10 Miles.
• Final Leg: Distance Series 3 - walk/run a 20K.

Marathon Challenge

• Challenge Details: Walk or run a 20K (12.4 miles) at Dismal Swamp Canal.
• Next Steps: Walk or run 15 miles at Fort Monroe.
• Final Leg: Culminate with a 30K (18.6 miles) back at Dismal Swamp Canal.
• Prize Status: Fort Monroe 15-miler is a Hampton Roads Super Grand Prix event.

• Premium Offer: Long sleeve technical shirt available for $10.00.
• Pickup Info: Available after Distance Series 1 on February 27.

Important Dates

• Registration Deadline: Sign up before October 10th for the lowest rates.
• Packet Pickup: Friday before each event from 4 to 6 PM at Running Etc. Hilltop location.
• Race Day Pickup: Available from 7:15 AM to 8:20 AM.
• Overall Experience: Join us for an engaging and memorable race series.
