About this race
Event Overview
The BRADASS 10k is a commemorative race honoring Bradlee LaMontagne, who passed away tragically at the young age of 21. This race not only celebrates his love for wrestling and life but also raises funds for scholarships for wrestlers.
Race Details
- What: 10k and 1 Mile run - Chip Timed Results
- When: Saturday, November 21st - 8:00am. Arrive by 7:30.
- Where: First Landing State Park Parking at the Narrows (Enter at the 64th street entrance).
- Packet Pickup: Bradlee's Wrestling Room, 2000 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454, November 20th from 4:00pm - 6:30pm.
Purpose of the Race
- Why: Proceeds will go to the Bradlee LaMontagne Memorial Fund.
- After Party: 11:00am to 1:00pm at ShoreBreak Pizza & Taphouse, 2941 Shore Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
- Volunteers: Interested in helping? Contact Alana Davis at acbdavis22@:aol.com.
- Goodies: Entry to the park is included, all participants will receive a finisher medal.
Awards
10k Awards:
- Overall: Top 3 Overall Male & Female.
- Age Groups: Male and Female categories under and over 19.
- Results: Overall results based on Gun Time: Age Group awards based on chip time.
1 Mile Awards:
- Overall: Top 1 Overall Male & Female.
- Under 12: First and second place awards for Males and Females.
- Results: Overall results based on Gun Time.
