• Breaking Silence: Emily shares her story without fear of judgment, inspiring others to speak out and ask for help.

• Location: The 3rd Annual Don’t Struggle In Silence 5K will start at Benchtop Brewing Company and run along the scenic Elizabeth River Trail.
