- Bike Racks: Available by 7 AM on race morning

- Sprint: Starts at 7:30 AM: 3-hour time limit
- Kids Mini: Starts at 9:15 AM: 2-hour time limit

- Location: Closed 2-lane roadway at the Dismal Swamp Trail Park in Chesapeake

- Aid Stations: Two aid stations available
- Location: Transition area and at the one-mile run turnaround

- Kids Mini Duathlon (Adult): Open for parents/guardians to run/bike with their kids
Registration
- Deadline: Register by May 31st for a guaranteed race shirt
- Final Registration: Open until June 19, 2025, at 9 PM
- No Race Day Registration: Not accepted
Packet Pickup
- Early Pickup: At Pedal! Bicycle Co. Friday 3 PM - 6 PM
- Race Day Pickup: Starting at 6:00 AM
