🎗️ Purpose

• Charity Event: A fundraiser event benefiting local initiatives to improve delivery of mental health care in the Hampton Roads area.
• Course: A certified fast out and back 5K course and a 1-mile Fun Run.
• Scenery: The race courses through the scenic Harbour View area of Suffolk, alongside a golf course and passing several beautiful lakes.
• Shirts: Custom short sleeve tech running shirt for the first 250 participants before July 19, 2025.

🏆 Awards

• 5K Awards: Top 3 Overall male and female will receive an award.
• Masters Awards: 1st overall male and female Masters will receive an award.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 male and female finishers in age groups (10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-99) will receive an award.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: No awards given.
