🎗️ Purpose

• Charity: A fundraiser event benefiting local initiatives to improve delivery of mental health care in the Hampton Roads area.
• Course: Certified fast out-and-back 5K course and 1-mile Fun Run through the scenic Harbour View area of Suffolk.
• Experience: Race bling includes a custom short sleeve tech running shirt for the first 250 participants guaranteed shirt size before July 19, 2025.
• Post-Race: Enjoy coffee and donuts after the race and join the "After race Meet-Up" at MoMac Brewery for $3.10 pints.

📍 Race Location

• Venue: Towne Bank University, 6009 Harbour View Blvd, Suffolk, VA 23435
• Parking: Easy parking available for participants.
• Course Details: A scenic, flat, paved 5K and 1-mile course with water stops and course marshals.
• Route: The race starts and finishes at Towne Bank University.

📅 Pre-Race and Race Day Schedule

• Packet Pickup: Friday, September 5th from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM at MoMac Brewery.
• Date: September 6th
• Schedule:
  • 7:30 AM - Race Day Packet Pickup/Registration
  • 8:00 AM - Opening Ceremonies
  • 8:15 AM - 1-mile Fun Run/Walk Race
  • 8:45 AM - 5K Race (3.1 miles)
  • 9:30 AM - Award Ceremony
  • 9:45 AM - Finish Line Closes

🏆 Awards

• 5K Awards: The top 3 overall male and female will receive awards.
• Masters Awards: 1st overall male and female Masters will receive an award.
• Age Group Awards: The top 3 male and female finishers in 10-year age groups (19 & under, 20-29, etc.) will receive awards.
• Note: There are no awards given in the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.

🎽 Race Swag

• Swag: Great race swag includes a short sleeve "tech" running shirt for the first 250 participants.
• Shirt Order: Shirt orders will be placed on July 19, 2025, after 12:00 noon.
• Availability: Guaranteed shirt size for participants registering before July 19, 2025.
• Participation: First come, first served basis for the swag.
