• Age Group: Middle school & High school runners, Grades 6-12

Coaching Staff

• Directors: Bob & Katie Jazwinski, previous co-directors of Nike Camps
• Katie Jazwinski: Olympic Trials Qualifier and 4-time All-American
• Ron Warhurst: Legendary U of M Cross Country and Track Coach
• Experience: Multiple national champions and All-Americans among the staff

Camps & Training Focus

• Core Workouts: Experience Katie’s core/mobility workouts
• Stretching: Learn the importance of dynamic/active stretching
• Fun: Come and laugh and run with Coach Bob and Coach Warhurst
