Session 1 June 28 - July 1 (Overnight Running Camp in beautiful Brooklyn, MI.)

• Participants: Welcome to all middle school & high school runners - co-ed training camp, Grades 6-12.
• Capacity: Limited to first 70 campers!
• Experience: Optimal training experience with a focus on excellence on and off the course.
• Goals: Meet all of your running goals by attending Sauk Valley/Jazz Running Camp!

✨ Training Highlights

If you want to be better you need to do the extras and we’ll teach you the extras. It will then be up to you to make the difference.

• Practice Philosophy: Remember – Practice doesn’t make perfect but Perfect practice makes perfect. Train smarter – not always harder.
• Core Workouts: Experience Katie’s core/mobility workouts.
• Dynamic Stretching: Learn the importance of dynamic/active stretching.
• Fun Environment: Come & laugh and run with Coach Bob.
