🏃‍♂️ Oak Ridge Fall Classic 5k Race Details

Come take part in the Oak Ridge Fall Classic 5k! The course utilizes the Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks' Melton Hill Lake Greenway. It is a perfect way for runners and walkers to celebrate the beginning of fall. All proceeds will benefit programming of Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services.

🧠 September Suicide Prevention Month

September is national Suicide Prevention Month. In order to create awareness and strengthen the fight against suicide, the entire month of September is Suicide Prevention Month. Participate in the fight by getting involved with local organizations like Ridgeview and listening to those who need help. Suicide Prevention Month helps to promote conversations around this subject. New to our 2024 event will be an opportunity to participate while honoring those who we have lost to suicide. Details will be forthcoming, but paying witness to those we've lost while lifting up hope is a fitting complement to the event.
