Event Purpose

• Suicide Prevention: The event will serve as a prelude to September's national Suicide Prevention Month.
• Remembrance: A remembrance banner will be available for participants to write names and messages to honor those lost.
• Awareness: The date allows acknowledgment of those lost to overdose, coinciding with International Overdose Awareness Day.
• Community Focus: The event aims to promote conversations around suicide and overdose awareness.

Packet Pick-Up

• Friday: September 4pm-5:30pm at Ridgeview's Main Center Lobby, 240 W. Tyrone Road in Oak Ridge.
• Saturday: September 6 from 7:30 am - 8:30 am at Ridgeview's registration tent under the Pavilion.
• Start/Finish Line: Location is next to the Pavilion at Melton Hill Lake Boat House.
• Registration: To guarantee a t-shirt, register by 8/19. Limited quantities remain for late registrants.
