🏃‍♂️ Model 5K faMily Trail Run/Walk

Together we are hoMe! Please plan to join us for this very special year four of the '5k faMily' Trail Run/Walk to be held on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 at 9:00 AM at Model High School in Rome, Georgia! This unique 5k faMily Trail Run/Walk will benefit the "Model-Johnson Foundation" who awards scholarships to students and teachers each year. All runners will receive a commemorative short sleeve race T-shirt with registration and Medals will be awarded to the top finishers for age groups as well as the top overall male/female finishers!

🎟️ Registration Details

• Registration Fee: $25 Pre-Race Registration Fee until September 24th. $35 "Race Day" Registration Fee.

🏁 Start-Finish Line Location

• Location: Woodard Tuggle Stadium, Model High School, 3252 Calhoun Rd NE, Rome, GA.

🅿️ Parking and Logistics

• Parking: Plenty of parking available in and around Model High School and Woodard Tuggle Stadium in the adjacent lots.

🛤️ Race Route Description

• The race begins and ends at Woodard Tuggle Stadium and features a mix of wooded trails and paved roads, passing by various school facilities. Well-marked trails with volunteers to guide runners.

• 9:00am 5K Start Time
• 9:45am Fun Run Start Time
• 10:15am 5K Awards Presentation

🏅 Awards

Awards given to the top finishers in various categories including Overall Male/Female, Masters, and Age Categories.
