Beach to Beach 5K Run

🏃‍♂️ TEAM COMPETITION

• Teams: Teams of 5 to 10 runners compete for prizes for each of the three Summer Sizzler races (Summer Solstice 5K, Downtown Dash 5K, and Beach to Beach 5K) as well as a Team Grand Prize for the team that wins the combined three-race series competition!
• Scoring: At each race, your team is scored just like in Cross Country - the top five runners on the team are scored, by adding up the OVERALL PLACE each runner finishes in the race.
• Competition: Lowest score wins, and if there’s a tie score, the tie is broken by the sixth runner’s place.

🏖️ RACE DETAILS

• Date: The summer classic Beach To Beach 5K Run is back on 2025-08-23!
• Cap: This race has a 300-runner cap so don’t wait too long to register!
• Route: BRAND NEW route running from Jensen Beach to Stuart Beach.
• Morning Race: NEW SATURDAY MORNING in August timeframe - MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS!

🚌 PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION

• Location: Park at the FINISH LINE in the parking lot at the Stuart Beach public beach, located right on the Atlantic Ocean behind the Elliott Museum.
• Bus Service: We will bus you north three miles to the starting line at the Jensen Beach public beach parking lot.
• Schedule: Buses start running at 5:40 AM, the last bus will leave at 6:40 AM - DON’T BE LATE!
• Start Point: You’ll run back to the finish from Jensen Beach.

🏃‍♀️ COURSE DESCRIPTION

• Distance: The course starts at the Jensen Beach parking lot, runs straight south of 3 miles along the edge of Highway A-1-A.
• Finishing Line: Finishes in the Stuart Beach public beach parking lot, right behind the Elliott Museum.
• Course Layout: Three left-hand turns, with a 3-mile straightaway in between!
• Event Quality: You know this will be a quality event because Mike Melton is organizing it!

🏆 Awards and Refreshments

• Awards: Finisher's awards, age group awards every five years from 10 and Under to 80 and Over, and a handful of raffle prizes means that everyone will walk away with something!
• Refreshments: Post-race refreshments and two on-course water stops included.
• Timing: Chip timing from start to finish line.
• Shirts: Quality cotton/poly blend t-shirts for everyone who enters by August 15.

💵 REGISTRATION INFO

• Entry Fees: Enter now at $45 until August 10, when entry jumps to $50, $60 on Race Day.
• Discounts: TC Running Premium members receive a $5 discount!
• Packet Pickup: Pre-race packet pickup at Fleet Feet Stuart running store from 2 PM until 6 PM on Friday August 23.
