🏃‍♂️ About the Race

We are thrilled to announce the sixth annual DEF Dash 5K - A LIVE, IN-PERSON 5K RUN OR WALK! After 10 successful years' operating Bernie’s Run, the Dedham Education Foundation launched the first annual “DEF Dash 5K” from Barnes Memorial Park in October 2019. Hundreds of runners and family and friends gathered for a fun day of running/walking, followed by delicious food, drink, music, and award ceremonies.

• Location: Barnes Memorial Park, Dedham, MA
• Start Time: 11am sharp!
• Prizes: Awards for the top runners in each age category!
