• JUMPING JACKS: Complete 10 reps every 1/2 mile
• SIT UPS: Complete 10 reps every 1/2 mile
• LUNGES: Complete 10 reps every 1/2 mile
• AIR SQUATS: Complete 10 reps every 1/2 mile
